Halwa Puri is a famous Pakistani breakfast dish most commonly eaten in the morning.
Halwa Ingredients:
– Semolina (sooji): 250g
– Sugar: 200g
– Ghee: 100g
– Milk: 1 cup
– Cardamom, raisins
Puri Ingredients:
– All-purpose flour: 500g
– Salt, ajwain (carom seeds)
Method:
1. Heat ghee and roast the semolina.
2. Add sugar and milk and cook the halwa.
3. Knead the dough and make puris.
4. Fry the puris in oil.
5. Serve hot halwa puri.
