Biryani is one of the most popular dishes in Pakistan.
Ingredients:
– Rice: 500g
– Beef/meat: 500g
– Large onions: 3
– Tomatoes: 2
– Ginger garlic paste: 2 tbsp
– Biryani spice mix, salt, oil, saffron
Method:
1. Soak rice and parboil it.
2. Fry onions in oil until golden.
3. Add meat and fry.
4. Add tomatoes, ginger garlic paste and biryani spice.
5. Layer rice over meat mixture and simmer on dum.
6. Sprinkle saffron water. Hot and delicious biryani is ready.
