The Justice and Fairness of Hazrat Umar Farooq (RA)

Hazrat Umar Farooq (RA) was the second Caliph of Islam, during whose rule justice and fairness were fully demonstrated. He lived a simple life during his caliphate and placed the welfare of the people as his first priority. Once he saw that a woman was unsafe while traveling, so he personally accompanied her to a safe place. During his era, the Islamic empire expanded rapidly and Bait-ul-Mal (public treasury) was used for the welfare of people. The life of Hazrat Umar (RA) remains a beacon of light for Muslims to this day.
