**Trump Claims ‘We Have Taken Control of Venezuela and Iran’**
WASHINGTON: US President Donald Trump has made a series of explosive claims, stating that the United States has “basically taken control” of both Venezuela and Iran.
In his latest remarks, Trump said, “We have taken over Venezuela and basically we have also taken over Iran.”
The president also warned of a potential military strike, saying, “We can attack Peak Mountain very soon because activities are ongoing there.”
Addressing tensions with Iran, Trump downplayed the situation, stating, “I call the fight with Iran a military conflict. It’s no big deal.”
On Russia and NATO, Trump claimed to have good relations with Russian President Vladimir Putin. “I know the Russian President very well. He is not interested in attacking NATO territory,” he said.
Trump further warned countries that have “treated us badly,” saying, “We are not bound to trade with countries that treat us badly.”
