Did New York Herald post controversial cartoon on Pakistan’s judiciary?

Interestingly, the image is fake. For starters, the New York Herald ceased publication in 1924. The New York Herald was a large-distribution newspaper based in New York City that existed between 1835 and 1924. However, the New York Tribune acquired it to form the New York Herald Tribune.
Moreover, the cartoon has been edited to show Pakistan’s flag and to carry the words “No-Confidence approved”. The original cartoon contained the flag of the UK and had the words “Assange extradition approved.”
Additionally, a far-left American newspaper originally published the cartoon by a Brazilian artist on 21st April.
